Las mayores sorpresas y olvidos de los Globos de Oro 2026: del triunfo de Teyana Taylor y Wagner Moura a la casi ausencia de premios para ‘Los pecadores’
El desenlace de los Globos de Oro ha dejado tanto grandes triunfadores como ausencias notorias. La gala de este año ha despejado las incógnitas en torno a quiénes se han llevado finalmente el reconocimiento, pero también ha generado sorpresa en varias categorías clave.
Entre los aspectos más llamativos de la ceremonia, ha destacado la inesperada victoria de Teyana Taylor y Wagner Moura, y el hecho de que el guion de Ryan Coogler para Los pecadores no haya recibido el esperado galardón.
A pesar de que las predicciones situaban a Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas, ‘coprotagonista’ de Valor sentimental, como favorita y que Amy Madigan venía ganando fuerza por su papel de villana en Weapons, la estatuilla a mejor actriz de reparto ha recaído en Teyana Taylor. Su actuación en Una batalla tras otra como la guerrillera Perfidia Beverly Hills ha sido sin duda una de las sorpresas más impactantes del año cinematográfico.
‘Los pecadores’, casi de vacío
Menos esperado aún ha sido el desenlace en la categoría de mejor guion. Ryan Coogler partía como gran favorito para alzarse con el premio gracias a su trabajo en Los pecadores, por su original visión de los años treinta en la que se mezclaba la música blues, el racismo y los vampiros. Sin embargo, ha sido Paul Thomas Anderson quien ha conseguido el galardón por Una batalla tras otra, su adaptación (y reactualización) de la novela de Thomas Pynchon titulada Vineland. De las 7 nominaciones, solo ha conseguido el galardón que ha conseguido Coogler ha sido el de ‘mejor logro en taquilla’ y a la mejor banda sonora.Una historia de terror sobre el lado sobrenatural de la historia afroamericana, donde el pasado y el más allá se tocan. ‘Los pecadores’ con Michael B. Jordan.
Además, el brasileño Wagner Moura, protagonista de El agente secreto, ha logrado imponerse frente a figuras consagradascomo Oscar Isaac, Dwayne Johnson y Michael B. Jordan, consolidando el ascenso internacional de la producción durante esta temporada de premios. Además, la cinta brasileña de Kleber Mendoça Filho, también ha conseguido el Globo de Oro a la mejor película internacional, no solo por encima de Sirat, de Oliver Laxe, sino de dos de las grandes favoritas, Valor sentimental, de Joachim Trier y Un simple accidente, de Jafar Panahi.
En cuanto a las interpretaciones de miniseries, Michelle Williams, que interpretaba a Molly Kochan en Dying for Sextambién ha sido una sorpresa al ganar en su categoría, ya que las apuestas apuntaban a Sarah Snook por su papel en Su peor pesadilla y a Claire Danes (La bestia en mí), Rashida Jones (por uno de los episodios más celebrados de la antología Black Mirror), Amanda Seyfried (El largo río de las almas) y Robin Wright (La novia).
Momentos inesperados de la gala
Más allá de los premios, la retransmisión ha estado salpicada de instantes singulares y cierta polémica sobre las dinámicas y cortes del espectáculo. Uno de los episodios más comentados ha sido el acceso al escenario de Stellan Skarsgård (mejor actor de reparto por Valor sentimental) acompañado por el tema Yeah! de Usher, así como la irrupción deMacaulay Culkincon Return of the Mack de Mark Morrison, aportando un cierto tono surrealista.

Otro aspecto muy comentado ha sido la inclusión de nominaciones de pódcast en la gala, que han contado incluso con fragmentos en vídeo, generando opiniones divididas sobre su encaje en el evento. En este sentido, algunos asistentes han llegado a sugerir que habría resultado más enriquecedor incluir avances de películas, antes que otorgarle tanto valor a un formato de divulgación y entretenimiento.
